The information on the allergen content has been obtained from the information provided by our approved suppliers and our hazard analysis and is made available to our customers in compliance with Regulation 1169/2011 on food information provided to the consumer.

All the dishes on the menu have been prepared following Good Manufacturing and Handling Practices for minimize the presence of allergens, although we cannot exclude their accidental presence due to the characteristics of our kitchens and plating procedures.

EXPLANATORY NOTE ON THE PRESENCE OF ALLERGEN TRACES IN OUR DISHES:

Due to the characteristics of our kitchens and plating procedures, all the dishes on the menu may contain the following traces: gluten-containing grains, crustaceans, fish, egg, peanuts, soy, dairy products, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin beans and mollusks.
