This information on the allergen content of our dishes has been obtained from the information provided by our approved suppliers and is made available to our customers in compliance
with RG 1169/2011 on food information provided to the consumer.

Good manufacturing and handling practices are followed during the production process to minimise the presence of allergens, however, due to our cooking processes, areas and utensils commonly used, all dishes on the menu may contain traces of allergens.
